Not your plain Jane

What seems like forever ago I photographed Jane. She has a big heart, especially when it comes to her beloved pets Hudson and Brooklyn. Both her dogs were adopted and they were naturals in front of the camera. You may remember I used them before with professional model Norb awhile back.

Jane wanted to do something fun, easy, and sexy. I think I captured that pretty well. One would never think that this easy going physical therapist rides motorcycles with the best of them and has a sexy side. Here are a few of my favorite shots from that session. Make sure to check out my Fanpage on Facebook to see more.

Many thanks to Hudson and Brooklyn for being good dogs to work with and another special thanks to Jane for making me laugh during the session.

Amy & Chris

Back in September I had the pleasure of photographing Amy and Chris getting married. It was over the Labor Day weekend and it was perfect summer weather. A gorgeous day despite the ten minute rain we got, but after the rain came a glorious rainbow. I can't think of a greater treat for Mother Nature to give Amy and Chris on their beautiful special day. Here are some of my favorites, but to see more great photos from that day please check out my Fanpage on Facebook.

Thanks Amy and Chris for letting me capture your wonderful day. Your family and friends made it a great experience to photograph.

Family Beach Portrait with Lisa, Nick & Johnny

Fall is here in full swing! Fall is my favorite season, but at the moment I am missing the warmth of the summer sun. A couple weeks ago I photographed Lisa and her two boys for a quick family beach portrait. We went to a beautiful beach in Rye New York. The weather was great and the sun was on full blast. After getting some sand on our feet we walked over to the duck pond to take a few more photos. Here are some of my favorites from that day.

Norb for Kasachi

What seems like three months ago, but in all reality it was three weeks ago, I had a photo session and photographed Norb for Kasachi. Having worked with the fashion designer before I was excited to work with her again. She is very sweet, creative, and a cool chicka. I always love the models she brings for me to photograph.

This time around she brought with her the amazing Norb. When I saw Norbs profile on Model Mayhem I was blown away by his portfolio. Lets just say I feel honored to have him in my portfolio.

Norb was a pro all the way and he did a great job, especially when we brought some exciting props for him to work with. The exciting props were my co-workers dogs called Brooklyn and Hudson. They were big, fun loving puppies ready for their close up. Both dogs were natural models, but it was Hudson we used more for the look we wanted to capture.

Here are some of my favorite shots, but to see some more from that day check out my Fanpage on Facebook.

Many thanks to Norb for being so easy to work with and a sweet guy. Another thank you to Kasachi...thanks for always choosing me to photograph your great clothes. And a special thanks to Jane for brining her adorable and lovable dogs! We are gonna have a great time doing your photo shoot!

Ana & Rob

A couple of weeks ago on what seemed to be the perfect August day...I photographed Ana and Rob for an engagement session at the fun and cool Coney Island.

Cotton Candy was on my mind, as well as being tempted to take a ride on the Cyclone or to stop and play a game (you can never had too many stuffed animals). I had a great time taking pictures at Coney Island and photographing both Ana and Rob. They were so great because they were just such an easy going couple to be around. They are happy in love and thats always wonderful to capture.

To see more from the day check out my Fanpage on Facebook.

Looking forward to photographing their wedding at the end of this week. Stay tuned for the wedding photos.

Engagement Session with Mariah and Manny

A couple of weeks ago, on a gorgeous summer day, I had the pleasure of photographing a cute and fun couple for an engagement session. Mariah and Manny are getting married this October and I'll be their wedding photographer. I'm extremely excited since I know in advance that the wedding ceremony will be different than the average wedding and lots of fun.

Mariah and Manny came along with their adorable daughter Fallon. Along with engagement photos, we also did some family pictures. You can see how much they love each other. They are a great family full of love and joy. Here are some of my favorite photos from that perfect summer day. Take a look at my Fanpage on Facebook to see more.

Can't wait for October to see these wonderful people wed. I'm honored to be chosen to capture what will be an entertaining and beautiful wedding.

The Cute TJ

Two weeks ago I met TJ. Proud parents Janine and Todd brought this cute baby boy for me to photograph. We got some wonderful family shots, but our main focus was the wonderful and adorable TJ. This baby boy is 6 months old and full of joy (and some gas) . I was a bit concerned at first when meeting him because he was fast asleep when he arrived at the studio, but TJ was a star and he did great. I have to give gold stars to his parents for fast spit up clean up and of course for being great parents.

Here are a few of my favorite shots from that very bouncy silly day. To check out more of the happy baby TJ and his sweet parents check out my Fanpage on Facebook.

Many thanks to Janine and Todd...you guys are fantastic, patient, and kind parents. I hope to photograph TJ has he grows up through the years.

The M's

A week before I went on vacation I had photographed four lovely girls. These lovely girls are best friends. These lovely girls are sweet and full of fun. These lovely girls love to hang out and go down to the city for some fun. These lovely girls rarely fight with each other (rare with some girls) These lovely girls are all into music. These lovely girls really care about one another. These lovely girls each have a wonderful personality. These lovely girls were fun to photograph.

They are the M's...introducing Maribel, Megan, Michelle and Maria.

The day was beautiful but HOT!! We were all melting and trying to save ourselves from the heat. Despite the heat and the scorching sun we had a great time taking some photos. I wanted to capture their personalities and their strong friendship. Being with them for the day, I saw how close they were and how they enjoy being around each other. Their friendship is one of kind.

To see more of their photos check out my fanpage on Facebook.

Nicaragua 2010 Visit

So I'm back and I have to say I really miss waking up in Nicaragua!! My trip this past week was so fantastic and fun (despite getting a million mosquito bites and some sunburn.)

Every day we had something to do and I wish I could've stayed longer to do more. One week is simply not enough.

Here I'm sharing some of my favorite photos from the trip and to see some more great shots please visit my fanpage on Facebook ( I hiked up an active volacano! ). I took a lot of photos! Editing them was great because I was reminded of the fun I had and while editing I was grinning ear to ear with silly joy.

God I miss Nicaragua. The food was great, the time was great, and seeing my family was the best part. I love my family and I miss them more than anything. Nothing like riding on the back of a truck having a laugh with family. Hopefully I'll go again soon and I won't let another two years go by.

Now I gotta come back to reality and work...but at least I have the memories of a wonderful trip to keep me smiling.
